Seatbelts

The effect of a seatbelt in the dummy test scenario. Any physicist can show you in five minutes, on the back of an old envelope, the fatal flaw in the seatbelt theory. solution.htm

The Truth About Seatbelts. This report shows, with an in depth analysis, the danger of wearing a seatbelt in an automobile. Cover2.pdf

The force on a child in a booster seat  in a roll-over, at impact, showing one of the fatal flaws in the so-called "Anton's Law" . puzzle2.html puzzle2.pdf

The force on a child in a booster seat during the first 90 degrees of a roll-over. This paper, and the previous one, merely calculate the direction and magnitude force of the booster seat straps on the child. They do not discuss the fact that during a roll-over, the roof of the vehicle caves in, so that a child elevated in a booster seat would most likely have its head crushed like an eggshell. But even the force of the booster seat straps on the child, on the order of a hundred pounds, would likely be fatal. puzzlesol3.pdf puzzlesol3.htm    puzzlesol3.doc

On the Effect of a Shoulder Belt in a Collision Involving a Longitudinal Deceleration. When many motorists were killed by lap belts, as experts from the auto industry had warned, NHTSA decided the solution was to make motorists wear shoulder belts as well. This paper shows how, in even a moderate head on collision, adding a shoulder belt increases the number of fatal injuries suffered by the wearer from one to three.  scourt.doc   scourt.pdf

On the Effect of Seatbelts in a Real School Bus Accident. An analysis of a real school bus accident in which a car ran head-on into a school bus at high speed. Everyone in the car was killed while no one on the bus seriously hurt. None of the children were wearing seatbelts and none were hurt at all, as far as one can tell from the video. The analysis shows that if the children had been wearing seatbelts they would have been seriously injured. schoolbus.doc, schoolbus.pdf

Seatbelts Kill - the True Story of the Seatbelt Scam seatbeltskill.htm

Seatbelt Victims - the Book of the Dead. In Memoriam. Thanks to the U.S. Government, seatbelts have been killing Americans for more than thirty years. These published accounts,  gathered by dedicated volunteers over a period of thirty years, in spite of government attempts at cover up, tell some of their stories. seatbeltvictims

Newspaper gallery. Copies of published articles on motorists being killed by seatbelts. Such articles have been increasingly hard to come by in recent years, thanks to the government's very effective cover-up campaign. newspapergallery

Pictured Gallery. Photographs of actual fatal accidents. Very different from the dummy test scenario, on which nearly all of the government's mistaken seatbelt theory is based. picturegallery

The Great Booster Seat Scam. This article, using the government's own data, as well as Safety Choice research, shows that booster seats are a dangerous, but highly profitable fraud. great_booster_seat_scam

AIR BAGS

Airbag technote 1. Using actual air bag data derived from a slow motion video of an actual airbag deployment, we did a calculation to see if the bag would strike the driver in the dummy test scenario on which NHTSA bases almost all its theories, even though such accidents seldom happen.  We found that the bag would strike the driver almost immediately after impact, even though in this early paper we neglected system delay, which would make things much worse. If you wonder why the bag does not strike the driver in the NHTSA propaganda videos, if you look closely you notice that they are all faked. Either the dummy is restrained until the air bag has fully deployed, or the air bag starts to deploy even before the car hits the wall. airbagtechnote1

How many people have been killed by air bags in the United States? NHTSA is careful not to keep a record, or even to get any information on the cause of death in fatal automobile accidents, or on the cause of the accidents. Nevertheless, by a careful examination of the available data, we can get some idea. This paper shows that the number of people killed by air bags in the United States in the last ten years may be as high as 15,000. Particularly striking is the dramatic rise in apparent air bag fatalities with the introduction of two-stage air bags. abpr2.htm

This report continues the examination of the available data begun in the previous report and discusses some of the ways in which motorists can be killed by air bags. abpr3.htm

This report discusses the toxicity of sodium azide, which is the explosive used in airbags. The air bags in your car have the explosive power of several shot gun shells, any one of which is enough to kill you. This report, however, concentrates on the toxicity of this explosive which is as deadly as potassium cyanide. By order of the U. S. Government, a late model American car has approximately 500 grams of sodium azide in its air bag and seatbelt pretenser cartridges. A single gram is enough to kill you when inhaled or ingested, or even absorbed through the skin. In other words, there is enough sodium azide in each late model American car to kill 500 people. abpr4.htm

This paper shows, from the government's own data, that airbags may be set off by shock, with fatal results. abpr5.htm

How much have the American people been forced to pay for air bags and seatbelts? This report shows that the amount is over $100 billion dollars in the last ten years alone. This does not include the cost of the accidents and injuries they cause. abpr6.htm

This paper shows, mathematically, one of the many fatal flaws in the airbag theory. abpr8.htm   abpr8.pdf  abpr8.doc

In an earlier report (abpr4 above) we showed that the explosive contained in air bags is a deadly poison. In  this paper we show, by chemical analysis, the power of the explosive contained in air bags (enough to kill you). abpr9.htm  abpr9.pdf  abpr9.rtf

This paper shows another of the many fatal flaws in the air bag theory - system delay - and why all the NHTSA air bag videos are faked. abpr10.htm  abpr10.pdf
